"It was a very special retreat in many ways. I had had a long spring with too much work, and I was pretty tired when I arrived in Priorat with you. It was like entering a time warp - the light, the air, the silence and a wonderful group of open people. in short period of time you created an atmospheare so we just could relax and be ourselves. You had also chosen the perfect house, in the most beautiful surroundings imaginable.
The meals you created every day were totally amazing. They were not just a supplement to Hrönns intense yoga. They were by themselves something very unique. I was both touched and humbled about the time and effort you spend to create this food that lifted the whole experience to a very high level. I've been on many retreats, and I have rarely seen such and empathy and so much work put into the meals in order to create the right amount of charitable and nutritious food.
In the same way, I totally get captivated of the days in May, when I think of Hrönn and her teaching - she, as well, keeps a fantastic high level. She is insightful and deep while academically sharp and clear. On top of that she has a ightness and a humor that touche everyone - and take away some of the performance anxiety (haha).
