DETAILED PROGRAM FOR THE 5 DAYS

 

The course can be followed by both beginners and advanced yogis.

If you have never tried yoga and meditation before we suggest that you contact Hrönn (info@yogaplace.dk) and get recommendations on how to prepare yourself so that you get the most out of the retreat.

Afternoon

@17.30: Pick-up at Barcelona airport (El Prat)

@19: Arrival and a warm welcome!

 

 

 

 

Evening

@19.30-20.30 Grounding yoga session & intention setting

@20.45:Dinner & Introduction circle

WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY

 

Morning

@7-7.30: Meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises) at sunrise

Breakfast

@9-11.30: Yoga - Agni practice (powerful physical practice)

 

Mid-day

@12: Lunch

Time for reflection and relaxation and talk about the subject of the day

 

Afternoon

Discovering the beautiful nature together - or alone-time.

@17-19: Yoga - gentle Lunar practice (gentle yoga and deep relaxation) (Friday: Indulge your senses in the magic of essential oils)

 

Evening

@19.30: Dinner

@21-21.30 Chant and meditation by sun set and rounding up the day

SATURDAY

 

Morning

@7-7.30: Meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises) at sunrise

Breakfast

@9-11.30 Last yoga session - Agni practice and closing circle

 

Mid-day

@12.00: Lunch
